Monday through Friday, we host live coaching calls focused specifically on listing appointments, seller conversion, buyer consultations, objection handling, and real-time opportunity support. These are especially valuable when you have an upcoming appointment and want help preparing to win it.
We guarantee a minimum of 6 luxury listing appointments within 6 months, though most agents receive more. You'll also receive many other listing and buyer opportunities that haven't been pre-qualified to the same level of the listing appointments. We also front-load opportunities so you can start seeing traction early.
These are warm, pre-qualified, pre-framed luxury listing appointments. These are not cold leads, random signups, or vague inquiries. The homeowners have already been introduced to you and your value proposition and are prepared for a real listing conversation.
The exact pace can vary by market, but we front-load the opportunity flow so agents can gain momentum quickly. Most agents see their first meaningful traction early in the process, and your onboarding will also prepare you to handle opportunities as they come in.
The initial structured program period is 6 months. During that time, you receive the training, systems, coaching, and guaranteed appointments. After that, agent performance is reassessed, and top-performing agents may continue in the ecosystem.
After you enroll, we will reach out to schedule your onboarding call. That call is typically scheduled around 4 to 5 business days out, depending on scheduling and onboarding flow. This gives us time to build out your systems. From there, we begin implementation and set up your roadmap.

LuxeScale 2.0 is for active licensed real estate agents who are already producing and serious about stepping into luxury. The baseline qualification is that you are actively licensed and closing at least $2 million per year. If you're doing less than that, be prepared to discuss your ability to close these luxury deals. We also limit participation by market so we do not oversaturate any one area. Some markets are already closed based on high demand.
No. In fact, many agents join because they are trying to break into luxury, not because they are already established there. You do not need a luxury brand, a luxury sphere, or prior high-end experience. That is exactly what the program is designed to help you build.
For LuxeScale 2.0, we generally target homes that are at least three times the average home price in your market, based on Zillow data. In many markets, the opportunities are well above that threshold.
Every market and agent is different, so no one can promise identical outcomes. But generally, a qualified agent who executes can expect:

Most agents who engage fully in the program can close between 4 and 8 luxury transactions in their first year, generating roughly $240,000 to $480,000+ in GCI (assuming a $2M home paying 3% listing commission).
The cost to enroll is a one-time $495 setup fee.
There are no monthly fees paid to LuxeScale for the program itself.
We receive a 35% referral fee on the gross commission generated from opportunities we provide. That referral fee lasts for 2 years and applies to the opportunities and related transactions originating from the LuxeScale-provided appointment flow. For instance, if your LuxeScale provided lead sells and then buys, we would be entitled to referral fees on both transactions (assuming they were within the 2 year period).
The referral fee supports the cost of generating, pre-qualifying, pre-framing, nurturing, and delivering luxury listing appointments, as well as the daily coaching, systems, and support that help agents convert them. We only get paid when you get paid, which keeps our incentives fully aligned with your success.
Because the real model is performance-based. We are not making meaningful money on the front end. The setup fee helps cover onboarding and initial build costs, but we are effectively losing money until you close. That means we are highly motivated to help you succeed.
We accept Stripe-secured payments, including Apple Pay. We also offer Klarna, which allows eligible buyers to split the setup fee into 4 payments. Depending on your checkout flow, additional financing options may also be available through integrated payment tools.
No. The program is built for agents, not tech geeks. We handle the setup and give you templated systems, plus live help and support. If you can use email, text, and a calendar, you can use LuxeScale.
You do need to engage and execute, but the program is designed to be practical and leveraged. The point is not to give you busy work — it is to help you focus on high-value activity. The systems, automations, and coaching are there to reduce wasted time and increase output.
That is fine. Many agents are initially most interested in the appointments. But the training, systems, and coaching are there to help you actually win more of them and build something repeatable. The appointments are the front door. The system is what helps you turn those wins into long-term growth.

No. You do not need your own listings, your own luxury inventory, or an existing luxury database. The program is designed to help you step into luxury even if you are starting without those things.
That is fine. Leads and appointments can still come through the LuxeScale system, and if you want to migrate or integrate into our CRM setup later, you can. Many agents use our system as their growth engine first and then decide how deeply they want to merge it into their existing operations.
Yes. If you are a team leader or brokerage owner and want this implemented at a larger scale, that can absolutely be explored. LuxeScale can be highly effective for teams that want a stronger luxury positioning and a repeatable system across multiple agents. This also helps them recruit agents to their team or brokerage by having a luxury based education system with immediate leads and appointments. Inquire for enterprise solutions.
Yes. If you want a more customized or broader implementation for a team or brokerage, that is something we can discuss separately. LuxeScale 2.0 is the agent program, but there are opportunities to build more comprehensive "white-label" systems for larger organizations.
No. We strictly limit agent participation per market based on population density and opportunity. Protecting the opportunity quality is one of the reasons the model works.
The first six months are the structured implementation phase. At the end of that period, performance is reviewed. This is not meant to be a watered-down open membership with no standards. We keep top-performing, serious agents who are executing.
