Yes. Opportunities are assigned to participating agents within their territory and are not simultaneously distributed to multiple LuxeScale members. Our objective is to create opportunity, not internal competition.

We limit the number of referral agents in each market to protect opportunity flow, prevent oversaturation, and preserve a true first-mover advantage. When too many agents operate in the same territory, opportunities become diluted and competition increases. Once a market reaches capacity, we close it to new members.
